Tryon Christmas parade postponed one week

The Tryon Christmas Parade, originally scheduled for Wednesday at 5 p.m., has been postponed until next Wednesday, December 17 at 5 p.m.&bsp; due to weather conditions, according to the Tryon Fire Department. The current forecast is calling for a 100 percent chance of rain today and tomorrow. The Tryon Christmas Parade is sponsored by the Tryon Fire Department. The parade is expected to feature both Polk County and Landrum high school bands, fire trucks, Santa and much more. Columbus is scheduled to hold its Christmas Parade this Saturday, beginning at 4:30 p.m. from the Food Lion parking lot through town on Mills Street.&bsp;
