Mrs. Edwards, a loving mother and grandmother, was the daughter of Raymond A. and Jessie G. Phillips. She is survived by a son, Rev. Paul R. Edwards and wife, Carla, with granddaughters Sheree&squo; and Brooke Edwards; a sister, M. Helen Shands and husband, Bruce; a brother, Frankie D. Phillips and wife Mildred; and many nieces and nephews.

Mrs. Edwards was predeceased by husband Charles E. Edwards and a brother, Jack M. Phillips. She was a member of Ingleside Baptist Church in Landrum.

Funeral services will be held at Ingleside Baptist Church at

2 p.m. Friday, conducted by Rev. Paul R. Edwards, Rev. Everett C. Wallace, Rev. John Parker and Rev. Al Phillips.

Burial will be in Evergreen Memorial Gardens.
