Born in Polk County, N.C., he was the son of the late William and Annie Wilson Pack.

He is survived by one brother, Frank Pack of Landrum, and two sisters, Wilma Jolley and Agnes Jolley, both of Columbus.

Graveside services were held June 27, 2008 in Polk Memorial Gardens.
