Bright’s Creek holds first open house Sunday, March 30
The open house will feature six homes in The Reserve Collection, all of which are decorated, and are the only homes in Bright&squo;s Creek that are nestled atop a mountain ridgeline that is surrounded by Tom Fazio&squo;s Championship golf course.
In addition to views of the course, homes offer views of the sunrise to the east and the sunset over McCraw Mountain.
&dquo;The Reserve Collection of 19 homes is unique, given they are completely surrounded by Golfweek&squo;s listing of &squo;Ten Courses to Watch&squo; internationally,&dquo; said Tom Harris, director of sales and marketing at Bright&squo;s Creek. &dquo;We welcome our neighbors to share in the delights of our community and see the great care and detail that has gone into the design of our award-winning community.&dquo;
Boasting views of the upcoming BMW Charity Pro-Am Tournament and the Blue Ridge Mountains, the architectural style of the homes reflects luxury living in a mountain lifestyle that features heavy cedar split shake roofs, exterior cedar shake siding, natural stone veneers, and solid rough-sawn cedar beams. Interior materials include rich and extensive trim work, beautiful locally-built cabinetry with custom and natural stone tile.
All residents of The Reserve at Bright&squo;s Creek have use of the newly constructed natural stone and cedar shake Amenity center, a casual family or neighborhood gathering center that boasts an outdoor kitchen, fireplace and views of the finishing holes. In addition, residents have exclusive use of a private golf path to the clubhouse.
An additional seventh home will also be featured at the open house event. This home also includes fabulous architectural details and the finest of quality building material.
