The Wolverines beat Mitchell 11-1. Polk has already beaten Madison twice and Mountain Heritage.

Nick Jolley was the winning pitcher on Tuesday night. The senior
pitched four innings, allowing just one hit and striking out seven
batters.

The bats, for Polk County, were on fire.

Shortstop Tanner Yarboro was 3-for-3 to lead the Wolverines. Justus Burnett was 2-for-3.

Secondbaseman J.P. Ruth and freshman Lucas Cash were both 2-for-3.

Polk will play at Robbinsville on Monday at 4:30 p.m.
