She was predeceased by her beloved husband, Franklin Brown Mack, in 2000.

When her husband retired in 1980, they moved from Southbury, Conn. to Hendersonville, and in December 1993, they moved to Tryon Estates. She was a member of Tryon Congregational Church.

She is survived by her four loving children: Marcella Mack of Shelburne, Vt., Paula Mack Smith of Aventura, Fla., Warren Williams Mack II of San Diego, Calif., and Christopher Brown Mack of Tucson, Ariz. She is also survived by seven grandchildren, one great grandchild and innumerable friends.

A memorial service will be held at Tryon Estates on Friday, March 21 at 10 a.m.

Memorials may be made to Hospice of the Carolina Foothills, 130 Forest Glen Drive, Columbus, N.C. 28722&bsp; or the charity of one&squo;s choice.

Asheville Mortuary Services is assisting the family.
