He was a member of Richland Baptist Church, Richland, Fla.

A native of Pasco County, Fla., he was the son of the late Worley Green and the late Willa Beckner Green. He is survived by his wife, Judy Key Green; one daughter, Katrina Green Beheler of Mill Spring; three sons, Rian Green of Fla., Wesley Green of Mill Spring, and Billy Green of Mill Spring; one sister, Donna Manis of Nebo, N.C.; one brother, Bob Beckner of Dade City, Fla.; and seven grandchildren.

Arrangements are being handled by McMahan&squo;s Funeral Home Inc. of Rutherfordton. A memorial service will be held at 11 a.m. Thursday, March 20 at Big Level Baptist Church, with Rev. Robert Orr officiating.
