Many residents of the Town of Columbus have received a letter from Homeserve USA. This letter is an attempt to convince the customer to purchase an insurance policy for their water lines. Please be aware that this letter is not originating from the Town of Columbus. The independent company Homeserve USA is not affiliated with the Town of Columbus. The Town of Columbus makes no recommendation regarding this policy. This is a private company sending a letter in an effort to sell a product.
