Polk County District Court results for Oct. 1

During Polk County District Court on Wednesday, Oct. 1, 2014, with Judge Pete Knight presiding, 226 cases were heard. Some cases were continued, dismissed or sent to superior court.

The following persons were convicted of a crime:

John Hoyt Breffle was convicted of level five driving while impaired. Breffle was sentenced to 12 months unsupervised probation, 24 hours of community service, a $100 fine and court costs.

Roselyn Glasgo Bryant was convicted of impaired equipment. Bryant was fined $40 and court costs.

Travis Thomas Faulkner was convicted of level five driving while impaired. Faulkner was sentenced to 12 months supervised probation, 24 hours of community service, a $100 fine and court costs.

Travis Thomas Faulkner was convicted of misdemeanor death by vehicle and felony manufacturing marijuana. Faulkner was sentenced to 36 months supervised probation, a $300 fine and court costs.

John Wayne Franklin was convicted of failure to appear on misdemeanor. Franklin was sentenced to 12 months unsupervised probation and court costs.

Kenneth Ray Gossett was convicted of speeding 79 mph in a 65 mph zone. Gossett was fined $250 and court costs.

Amelia Caitlyn Hall was convicted of impaired equipment. Hall was fined $40 and court costs.

Malcolm Dwayne Hannon was convicted of resisting public officer. Hannon was sentenced to five days in jail with credit for time served and court costs.

Gerald Ryan Hilliard was convicted of impaired equipment. Hilliard was fined $40 and court costs.

Craig L. Joy was convicted of impaired equipment. Joy was fined $40 and court costs.

Joshua Klay Kirby was convicted of possession of drug paraphernalia. Kirby was sentenced to 12 months unsupervised probation, a $100 fine and court costs.

Navonda Nicole Mackey was convicted of impaired equipment. Mackey was fined $40 and court costs.

Terrance L. Mayfield was convicted of impaired equipment. Mayfield was fined $40 and court costs.

Allie Merrit Moreland was convicted of impaired equipment. Moreland was fined $40 and court costs.

Bourbon F. Odenthal was convicted of speeding 74 mph in a 65 mph zone. Odenthal was fined $30 and court costs.

Jagdish M. Patel was convicted of speeding 74 mph in a 65 mph zone. Patel was fined $30 and court costs.

Maraline L. Proctor was convicted of driving while license revoked-not impaired revocation. Proctor was fined $75 and court costs.

Allan Dewayne Rathbone was convicted of open container after consumption of alcohol first. Rathbone was to pay court costs.

Henry W. Ridge was convicted of impaired equipment. Ridge was fined $40 and court costs.

Zachary T. Schlaefer was convicted of possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of marijuana up to ½ ounce. Schlaefer was sentenced to 12 months unsupervised probation, a $75 fine and court costs.

Caro Eduardo Scoltock was convicted of impaired equipment. Scoltock was fined $40 and court costs.

David Kelly Simpson was convicted impaired equipment. Simpson was fined $40 and court costs.

Edwin Toro was convicted of impaired equipment. Toro was fined $40 and court costs.

Shane Colin Urquhart was convicted of level two driving while impaired. Urquhart was sentenced to seven days in jail with three days credit, 24 months supervised probation, a $250 fine and court costs.

Laquasia Monet Wells was convicted of speeding 74 mph in a 65 mph zone. Wells was fined $75 and court costs.

Jared Hooper Wilson was convicted of first-degree trespassing. Wilson was sentenced to 12 months unsupervised probation and court costs.

Daniel Jason Tworkoski was convicted of speeding 74 mph in a 65 mph zone. Tworkoski was fined $75 and court costs.

John Michael Belue was convicted of possession of MDPV and possession of drug paraphernalia. Belue was sentenced to 12 months unsupervised probation, $100 fine and court costs.

Corey Wade Thomas was convicted of speeding 79 mph in a 65 mph zone. Thomas was fined $102 and court costs.
