Members of the VFW Post 10349 recently visited Outreach to donate food and funds to the organization’s Feed-A-Kid Program.

“We’re hoping to have our largest food drive ever this September during Hunger Action Month, and we certainly appreciate the VFW’s contribution” said Carol Newton, Outreach’s Executive Director. “Our Feed-A-Kid Program for the 2014-2015 school year is underway and this gift will help us serve the increasing number of Polk County school aged children who struggle with hunger.”
