Julia Skellie received the Thomas Tucker Excellence in Design Award at the Focus on Youth Juried Art Competition sponsored by the Spartanburg Artists Guild. Julia received her award on March 28 at the Chapman Cultural Center. She is a senior at Landrum High School. Her art teacher is Cathey Stoney.
