Polk sheriff weekly report for Jan. 24-31

During the week from Jan. 19 through Jan. 26, 2014, the Polk County Sheriff’s Office answered 262 calls.
The sheriff’s office made four felony arrests, six misdemeanor arrests, issued eight citations, served nine civil papers and nine criminal papers.
Officers completed 456 house checks, 642 church checks, 828 business checks, assisted the public 11 times and patrolled 10,138 miles.
