District court results from Sept. 30

In Polk County District Court held Monday, Sept. 30, 2013 with Judge Emily Cowan presiding, 182 cases were heard. Some cases were continued, dismissed or sent to superior court.

The following persons were convicted of a crime:

Justin Michael Aplin was convicted of speeding 75 mph in a 65 mph zone. Aplin was fined $30 and court costs.

Scott Allen Bennett was convicted of no operator’s license. Bennett was sentenced to 12 months unsupervised probation, a $50 fine and court costs.

Andrew Embry Bolton was convicted of operating a vehicle with impaired equipment. Bolton was fined $40 and court costs.

Ralph Elton Cochran was convicted of flee/elude arrest with motor vehicle and reckless driving to endanger. Cochran was sentenced to 12 months unsupervised probation and court costs.

Jose Manuel Cruz was convicted of speeding 79 mph in a 65 mph zone. Cruz was fined $30 and court costs.

William Allen Cuthbert was convicted of speeding 79 mph in a 65 mph zone. Cuthbert was fined $150 and court costs.

Timothy Doyen was convicted of level 5 driving while impaired. Doyen was sentenced to 12 months unsupervised probation, 24 hours of community service and court costs.

Stephanie M. Ford was convicted of speeding 79 mph in a 65 mph zone. Ford was fined $200 and court costs.

William Tanner Formwalt was convicted of fishing without a license. Formwalt was sentenced to 12 months unsupervised probation, a $25 fine and court costs.

John Randal Hall was convicted of operating a vehicle with impaired equipment. Hall was fined $40 and court costs.

Kenneth Lee Hollifield was convicted of driving while license revoked. Hollifield was fined $300 and court costs.

Tatyana Serge Kozhokar was convicted of speeding 79 mph in a 65 mph zone. Kozhokar was fined $30 and court costs.

Bradley S. Miracle was convicted of speeding 79 mph in a 65 mph zone. Miracle was fined $200 and court costs.

Daniel Leo Mullin was convicted of level 5 driving while impaired. Mullin was sentenced to 12 months unsupervised probation, 24 hours of community service and court costs.

Jason Henry Ficher was convicted of speeding 79 mph in a 65 mph zone. Ficher was fined $50 and court costs.

Monika Stamey Robinson was convicted of speeding 79 mph in a 65 mph zone. Robinson was fined $200 and court costs.
