McCray said being invited to the conference is not only an honor but a chance to freshen ideas for enhancing client service.

“It’s rewarding to be offered the opportunity to spend time with my colleagues and Edward Jones’ leaders,” she said. “I hope to bring back new ideas for our branch office and higher expectations for myself.”

Edward Jones provides financial services for individual investors in the United States and, through its affiliate, in Canada. The firm’s 12,000-plus financial advisors work directly with almost 7 million clients to understand their personal goals – from college savings to retirement – and create long-term investment solutions that emphasize a well-balanced portfolio and a buy-and-hold strategy.
