Dr. Robin Owings spoke to the Kiwanis Club of Tryon on Wednesday, Jan. 30. Owings talked to the club about the benefits of seeking chiropractic care as well as a brief overview of the Seven Step Challenge, which encourages individuals to focus on activities to improve their lives such as drinking more water, getting the proper rest, balancing their time and exercising.
