Community Calendar updates

On a year-round basis, Carol Browning volunteers her time to maintain an event planning calendar for the community with the goal that nonprofits and other groups can plan their year’s events without fear of overlapping other events. She shares the event listing on a monthly basis via email to a subscriber list, and now, has agreed to publish it on these pages.

Events are limited to one-time community cultural events, concerts, exhibits, plays, etc. and does not include things like ongoing classes, sports competitions, etc. To get on Carol’s email distribution list for the calendar, to submit events for the list, or to make changes to event details, send an email to carolbrowning@windstream.net. If you have questions about a particular event, contact the venue or the sponsoring group.
