Saluda Arts Festival set for this weekend

SALUDA–The 18th annual Saluda Arts Festival returns to historic downtown Saluda on May 20. This popular event showcases the talents of over 95 artists and craftsmen, featuring an array of original works including paintings, pottery, jewelry, photography and more.

The Saluda Arts Festival is a highly anticipated annual event that draws visitors from all over to enjoy the stunning natural beauty of the area. Attendees can browse through the booths, interact with artists and artisans, and purchase one-of-a-kind pieces to take home.

In addition to the art, the festival will feature live music from local musicians Asheville Junction, Life Like Water, and community chorus Mountain Song. Family-friendly activities include a magic show, face painting, balloon art, juggling, creative fun projects and more. There is something for everyone at the Saluda Arts Festival, making it the perfect day trip for families, couples, and solo visitors alike.

The Saluda Arts Festival is free and open to the public, with ample parking available in designated areas. The festival will be held from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m., rain or shine, so attendees are encouraged to dress accordingly and come prepared for a fun-filled day.
