Polk County District Court results April 5, April 12

In Polk County District Court on April 5, 2023, with Judge Gene Johnson presiding, 46 cases were heard. Some cases were continued, dismissed or sent to superior court.  

 

The following persons were convicted of a crime:

Jessee Dean Blackwell was convicted of fleeing/eluding arrest. Blackwell was sentenced to six to 17 months in jail, with credit for time served.

 

Aaron Cody Dillon was convicted of breaking or entering a motor vehicle. Dillon was sentenced to seven days in jail, with credit for time served.

 

Andrew John Edwards was convicted of speeding. Edwards was fined $25 plus court costs.

 

Terri Lewis Honeycutt was convicted of misdemeanor larceny. Honeycutt was sentenced to ten days in jail, suspended for 12 months of unsupervised probation.

 

Ricky Lengsi was convicted of driving without a license. Lengsi was fined $25 plus court costs.

 

Joseph Richard Pfaff was convicted of driving without a license. Pfaff was fined $10 plus court costs.

 

On Wednesday, April 12, with Judge Abe Hudson presiding, 93 cases were heard. Some cases were continued, dismissed or sent to superior court.

 

The following persons were convicted of a crime:

 

Shawn Renee Bean was convicted of careless and reckless driving. Bean was fined $100 plus court costs.

 

Connor James Hudacko was convicted of speeding. Hudacko was fined $30 plus court costs.

 

Eric Seiko Inuma was convicted of speeding. Inuma was fined $25 plus court costs.

 

Haley Elizabeth Jacobs was convicted of speeding and reckless driving to endanger.  Jacob’s was fined $104 plus court costs.

 

Lee Daniel Keeslar was convicted of possessing or receiving stolen property.  Keeslar was sentenced to 11 days in jail, with 11 days time served.

 

Axel Koppany was convicted of speeding.  Koppany was fined $25 plus court costs.

 

Anastasia Virginia Lucas was convicted of driving without a license. Lucas was fined $200 plus court costs.

 

Mica Paul Lyons was convicted of careless and reckless driving. Lyons was fined $100 plus court costs.

 

Dylan Blake Parris was convicted of misdemeanor larceny. Parris was sentenced to 15 days in jail, with 15 days time served, and must pay jail fees and court costs.

 

David Sanchez Ramirez was convicted of driving while impaired. Ramirez was sentenced to 30 days in jail, with 30 days time served. Ramirez also received 12 months of unsupervised probation, must attain a substance abuse treatment assessment and pay court costs and jail fees.

 

Erik James Tardio was convicted of possession of marijuana, up to ½ of an ounce. Tardio was sentenced to one day in jail, with one day time served and must pay court costs and jail fees.

 

Terence Ty Thibodeaux was convicted of a city/town violation. Thibodeaux was fined $30 plus court costs.
