LYNN – On Monday, Bunny’s Blooms Flower Shop and Gifts, owned and operated by Dollie-Brooke Reid of Mill Spring, opened at 2536 Lynn Rd. Suite A. 

Reid took the shop’s name from the nickname given to her by her husband. 

Bunny’s Blooms offers flowers for all occasions, as well as local delivery. Reid and her staff – Sierra Lowe, Barbara Turner and Robin Kiser – have decades of combined experience locally working in the floral business, creating fresh-cut and silk flower arrangements and doing proms, weddings, and funerals. The store also has a gift shop featuring pottery, soaps, and candles from local artists. 

“We have a unique selection of gifts,” Reid says. “We have all the plushies, including teddy bears and, of course, bunnies.” 

While Bunny’s Blooms is up and running already, the store’s grand opening will occur on March 28. The public is encouraged to stop by.

“Flowers always come with big emotions,” says Reid. “We love all the work we do, but the church and funeral work means the most to us. We pray over the work and hope to provide some beauty and comfort to grieving people.”

Reid shared that with spring quickly approaching, folks can find their Easter lilies and corsages for prom at Bunny’s Blooms.

“We like to say no ‘bunny’ does it better,” Reid adds.
