Girls Scouts with Troop 13162 from Saluda made birthday kits for the Thermal Belt Outreach Ministry this past week. Each bag had cake mix, a can of sprite, a pan to bake in, sprinkles and cake icing. The girls enjoyed making 10 of these kits for the center.
