Story time with a firefighter, holiday activities included in event

 

COLUMBUS––The Columbus Fire Department has partnered with the First Responders Children’s Foundation for a Christmas event on December 19.

The fire department and foundation have come together to provide A Hometown Christmas community event. CFD invites families to book their spot at A Hometown Christmas for story time with a firefighter, followed by a family-friendly celebration with activities, including hot chocolate and a cookie station. Children will have the opportunity to take a photo with Santa, and every child will get to choose a toy to take home.

The event will take place on December 19, beginning at 10 a.m. at 100 South Peak Street in Columbus.
