Tryon Fine Arts Center (TFAC) will offer three programs this weekend in partnership with area schools and churches in the area. “We are excited about offering a trio of free and ticketed jazz programs this weekend for youth and adults,” said Marianne Carruth, TFAC Executive Director.

On Saturday, October 29, the series continues with a free Masterclass in Jazz & Etiquette at TFAC for 30 selected area high school students from 12 to 4 p.m. The session combines Charleston, SC-based award-winning musician, Quentin Baxter’s knowledge and skills with the up-and-coming jazz group, The Gardening Club, and etiquette instructor Tatia Adams-Fox, founder of The New School of Etiquette. The afternoon includes a 3-course catered meal – all of which will create an educational and memorable jazz experience for our area youth.
