Anna Morton awarded Rotary scholarship

At the weekly meeting of the Rotary Club of Tryon, Anna Morton was awarded the Frank Ortiz-Service Above Self Scholarship given annually by the club. The scholarship is named in honor of former member Frank Ortiz and the Rotary International motto which is “Service Above Self.”
Anna will be attending The University of North Carolina-Charlotte. The award was presented by Rotarian Charles McKeller and Club President Carol Browning.
