COLUMBUS – Beatrice Waters Ravan of Columbus passed away, Thursday evening, April 21, 2022, at Autumn Care of Saluda.
Born in Polk County, she was the daughter of the late Vedas Waters and Louise Pace Waters and wife of the late Gerald “Shine” Ravan who passed away in 2014. Beatrice attended Saluda High School and worked as a homemaker in the hospitality industry for many years.
Surviving are her two sons, Lucas Ravan of Columbus and Jeremy Ravan of Tryon; one brother, Archie Waters of Sunny View; two sisters, Adeline Pearson of Hendersonville and Patsy Hipp Bradley; three grandchildren and one great-grandchild.
A memorial service will be held at 2:00 p.m., Thursday, April 28, 2022, in the McFarland Funeral Chapel with Reverend Todd Fletcher officiating.
