Wadulisi Farms of Polk County is offering a Basic Beekeeping course. Lessons are geared toward people that want to know what it takes to keep bees and how to go about getting started.  The course consists of five classes and each class runs about an hour of topic material and a half hour of questions and answers. By the end of the course you should know: if you really want to keep bees,  what equipment you need to keep bees, where to purchase bees and equipment and where to find help when you have questions.

Classes begin January 27 through February 24 from 7:00 to 8:30 p.m. Classes will be held online using Zoom. The course fee is $20.00 for all five lessons and payment must be received before classes begin.
