Polk boards in need of volunteers

POLK COUNTY—Several Polk County boards are seeking volunteers to serve. 

The opportunities include the adult care & nursing home advisory committee; the Fire Rescue Advisory Commission; Health and Human Services Agency; Home and Community Care Block Grant Committee; Juvenile Crime Prevention Council; Library Board of Trustees; Mental Health Advisory Board; the Planning Board; Recycling Advisory Board and Transportation Advisory Board.
