GREEN CREEK – Roger Walter Gossenreiter, of Green Creek, passed away, Friday evening, December 31, 2021 at his home.

Roger owned GEI Electronics for many years until retirement, after which he and Sissy started Green Creek Cabins, a vacation cabin rental business on his farm close to the Tryon International Equestrian Center. He was an avid Harley Davidson rider and loved his horses. Roger spent years competing in combined driving around the country. He loved life and lived it to the fullest. He will be missed by family and friends both in the US and Europe.

Roger Gossenreiter was preceded in death by his parents and brother Kirk. He is survived by his 2 sons, Andrew and Michael, his wife Mary (Sissy) Manucy, and brother Reudi.

Services will be private.
