Polk County’s Angus Weaver

Polk County junior Angus Weaver has been named the Mountain Foothills 7 Conference Defensive Player of the Year, one of six Wolverines named to the all-league squad.

Weaver is the first Polk County player to be named a conference’s top defender since Jordan Smith earned the same honor in the Western Highlands Conference in 2014.
