LYNN — Esther Virginia (Moore) Fisher (90) of Colliers, WV and Lynn, NC passed away peacefully on May 6, 2021.

 

She was born on March 8, 1931 to Earl and Eva (Fadlem) Moore. Esther was an active member of the Follansbee Kingdom Hall of Jehovah’s Witnesses.

 

She was a loving wife, mother, daughter, sister, and grandmother. Esther was a lover of God, family, reading, birds, and creating flower gardens. She was a social butterfly who was always visiting family and friends. She loved to entertain and her home was the hub of many gatherings.

 

She was preceded in death by her husband Albert, the love of her life, whom she married in 1949, daughter Barbara Emmerich, grandson Jason Emmerich and seven brothers (Gilbert, Tom, Donley, Charles, Leonard, Lawrence, and Stanley).

 

She is survived by her sons Clayton (Sheila) of Tryon NC, Stephen (Silvia) of Tampa, FL, and daughters Sharon Powell of Follansbee, WV, Terri Klepack of Tryon, NC, Rachelle (Paul) Park of Los Angeles, ten grandchildren, ten great grandchildren and one great-great grandchild. She is also survived by her dear sister, Velma Elliott of Steubenville OH.

 

A memorial service will be held on Saturday, May 15, 2021 at 2 p.m. via Zoom. You may contact Terri at (828) 440-1082 for Zoom I.D. and passcode. If you do not have internet, there will be a call-in number as well.
