Blooms and Bling Saddle and Tack Show, Silent Auction Saturday at FENCE

TRYON—A fundraiser for scholarships for children will be held this Saturday at FENCE. 

The Equine Journey is a 501(c)(3) in Polk County that uses rescue horses to provide for individuals who otherwise would not be able to afford equine experiences.

Items will be on display this Saturday, May 15 from 10 a.m.-4 p.m. at FENCE in Tryon to auction. 

Funds will be used for scholarships for people age 12 and up, including for riding lessons, tack, clothing, event fees, vet bills and feed. 

The auction will include saddles, artwork, quilts, barn quilts and many other items. 

More than 20 artist have submitted items for the auction. 

The in person viewing of the items and bidding will be on Saturday at FENCE and people can also do online bidding next week from Monday through Wednesday.
