Polk County District Court results

During Polk County District Court on Feb. 10, 2021 at 9 a.m., with Judge Kim Justice presiding, 29 cases were heard. Some cases were continued, dismissed or sent to superior court. 

The following persons were convicted of a crime: 

Jonathan Edward Anderson was convicted of level 2 driving while impaired, civil revocation of drivers license and driving while license revoked-impaired revocation. Anderson was sentenced to 7 days in jail, 12 months supervised probation, $600 in fines and court costs.

Noah Donell Brown was convicted of level 4 driving while impaired. Brown was sentenced to 3 days in jail with credit, 12 months unsupervised probation, a $500 fine and court costs. 

Ezra Mathais Bryant was convicted of carrying a concealed gun. Bryant was sentenced to 3 days in jail with credit for time served and court costs. 

Angelina Andela Cao was convicted of consume alcohol by 19/20 year old. Cao was fined $100 and court costs. 

Joshua Hayes was convicted of injury to personal property. Hayes was sentenced to 12 months supervised probation, $85 in restitution, a $100 fine and court costs. 

In Polk County District Court on Feb. 10 at 2 p.m. with Judge Kim Justice presiding, 42 cases were heard. Some cases were continued, dismissed or sent to superior court. 

The following persons were convicted of a crime: 

Tina Michelle Belue was convicted of felony larceny. Belue was sentenced to 18 months supervised probation and court costs. 

Mark Allan Reeves was convicted of possession of drug paraphernalia. Reeves was sentenced to 20 days in jail with credit for time served. 

Colin T. Siegfried was convicted of level 5 driving while impaired. Siegfried was sentenced to 1 year unsupervised probation, 24 hours of community service, a $200 fine and court costs. 

Heather Lynn Walsh was convicted of 2 counts of misdemeanor child abuse. Walsh was sentenced to 30 days in jail with credit for time served. 

Joe Michael Yeahquo was convicted of possession of drug paraphernalia and misdemeanor breaking and or entering. Yeahquo was sentenced to 60 days in jail with credit for time served.
