In Polk County District Court on Wednesday, Jan. 13, 2021, with Judge Gene Johnson presiding, 30 cases were heard. Some cases were continued, dismissed or sent to superior court. 

The following persons were convicted of a crime: 

Allison Kristine Whipple was convicted of possession of drug paraphernalia. Whipple was sentenced to 6 months supervised probation and court costs.
