My wife & I got our first Covid shots today at TIEC, and I’m writing to thank Polk County Health and Human Services for doing a terrific job managing the site.

There were clear directions to the site, and once arriving, the process was seamless and efficient. There were plenty of staff there to hand out paperwork, give directions and instructions and administer shots. The wait time after a shot was closely monitored, allowing those who completed the process to leave in a timely manner.

A grateful well done and a heartfelt thanks to all.
