Members of the Tryon Cemetery Commission spent part of their Friday morning honoring Veterans for the Memorial Day weekend. Commission members Ambrose Mills, Alan Peoples and Jerry Soderquist along with family members Liz Mills and Harriet Peoples placed small American flags at the grave markers of Veterans buried at the Tryon Cemetery.
