Mill Spring, NC—Jacqueline Anne Hall, 40, of Mill Spring, NC passed away on, Friday, November 8, 2019.

Jacqueline was the daughter of William Jefferson Newton Jr. and Martha Flipse Newton.  Jacqueline graduated from Polk County High School and then attended East Carolina University where she graduated with a degree in Anthropology.  Jacqueline loved exploring all the world had to offer and during one of her travels to Hawaii, she met her soulmate and best friend, Charles Waylon Hall.  They married in December of 2008. Jacqueline was an animal lover and had a passion for riding and taking care of horses.

In addition to her parents, she leaves behind her loving husband and best friend Charles Waylon Hall and several dear pets.
