The presentation is part of the main street program; it is an adult educational program. Gage will be teaching residents the tools necessary to research and discover the history of communities from Spartanburg County, but will be focusing his efforts on Landrum on Thursday.

Melissa Gephart said, “The main street program is an adult program, a member of our Kennedy Room from Headquarters will be here to discuss the history of the Landrum area.” Interested participants are asked to bring their own photos and memories to contribute to the conversation. Landrum is fortunate to boast a community with a wide range of ages; this public session is a great opportunity to learn more about the history and local stories from the town.

The event will be begin at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday and conclude at 7:00 p.m.
