Kay D. Bennett went home to be with the Lord on Tuesday, Jan. 8, 2019.

Kay was the daughter of the late Fred and Florence Dameron and the granddaughter of the late Smith and Amanda Dameron of Green Creek, North Carolina. 

She was preceded in death by her husband, Glen Bennett; and a daughter, Roxanna Case.

Surviving are two sons, Mitchell Case and Scott Nix; a daughter, Angie Nix; and a grandson, Ethan Nix.

Services will be private.
