Charles “Bud” Howard Garrett Sr., 70, of Mill Spring, passed away Thursday, Dec. 6, 2018, at Spartanburg Regional Hospice Home.   

Funeral services have been postponed until 2 p.m. Monday, Dec. 17, 2018, at Silver Creek Baptist Church, conducted by the Rev. Rob Hefner and the Rev. Chris Osborn. Burial will be in the church cemetery.
