The Congregational Church of Tryon, United Church of Christ, will present a service of Lessons and Carols at 7 p.m. Sunday, Dec. 16, in the sanctuary.

Music will be provided by the chancel choir, the bell choir and a guest string quartet and singers.  The church looks forward to sharing with the community this service of scripture readings and beautiful music of Christmastide, organizers said.

All are welcome. A reception will follow.
