Callie Wilson Williams, 87, passed away on Friday, Nov. 16, 2018, at The Smith Phayer Hospice House in Landrum, South Carolina. 

Callie was born in Buncombe County, North Carolina, to the late Oliver and Lona Ingle Wilson. As a child, she moved to Polk County, North Carolina, with her family. She was married to the late Nathan Lankford Williams.  

Callie and Nathan operated their family RC Cola business for 40 years. 

She was preceded in death by her husband, Nathan Lankford Williams, in 1994.  

Callie is survived by one son, Mike Williams, of Columbus, North Carolina; two daughters, Kathy Warren, of Columbus, and Katey Williams, of Hendersonville, North Carolina; one grandson, Dustin Warren, of Raleigh, North Carolina; one granddaughter, Julia Warren, of Columbus; four great-grandsons, Dylan, Zachary, Declan and Grayson; one sister, Gladys Bailey, of Coopers Gap, North Carolina; and one brother, J.C. Wilson, of Mill Spring, North Carolina. Also surviving are many nieces and nephews. 

A visitation was held from 6-7:30 p.m. Monday, Nov. 19, 2018, at McFarland Funeral Chapel in Tryon, North Carolina.  

A private family graveside service will be held.
