Beginning this week, the business office located on the St. Luke’s Hospital campus will be closed as the building is used for computer training while the hospital transitions to Epic Care Connect, a new electronic medical record.

During the three-month training period between November and “Go Live” in February, patients making hospital payments should go to patient registration near the ED or submit payments through U.S. mail.

Patients needing to set up payment arrangements should contact Tammy Phipps, patient financial counselor, at 828-894-0912.
