The Tryon Women’s Golf Association played a Captain’s Choice format on the closing day of the 2018 season on Oct. 30.
A nice group came for the golf and lunch. The results of the golf are as follows:
First place: Jennifer Grabosky, Diane Torres, Becky Kennedy and Sarah Potter — 36
Second place (Tie): Peggy Henson, Nancy Hiley, Jo Ann Silvia and Frances McCain; Georganne Murphy, Bonnie Sakos, Helen Faber and Susie Gurnik — 39
Fourth place (Tie): Joyce Arledge, Claudia Law, Lib McKeller and Anne Connolly; Babs McIntosh, Heidi Shull, Shelley Alexander and Faith Weathington — 41
Closest to the Pin on Hole 12: Jennifer Grabosky — 10 feet, 10 inches
