The sound of bluegrass to be featured at next Pea Ridge Gathering Thursday

The next Pea Ridge community gathering will take place at 7 p.m. Thursday at the Community Center.
Local resident Rosemary Taylor will bring her band, “Rosey and the Rosebuds,” to present bluegrass music as entertainment for the evening. Everyone is welcome to attend.
Attendees are asked to bring snacks and sodas to share. Paperware and ice will be furnished.
There will be a special collection taken for the scholarship fund, which is in place of presenting the fall fundraising breakfast. Donations for the band will be appreciated.
People may bring recyclables to the Community Center, located at 207 Big Level Road, Mill Spring, anytime all day on Thursday, as the Polk County recycling containers will be located inside the tennis court fence for drop-off. The truck will pick up early on Friday.
