West Henderson handed Polk County a 3-0 setback Wednesday in nonconference volleyball action at Polk.

The Falcons (3-0) rolled to a 25-23, 25-15, 25-18 victory. Polk County dropped to 1-3 with the loss.

Grace Lauer had 10 kills and Kristen Hall had six kills and five digs for the Wolverines. Ansley Lynch had 13 digs and Carolina Castillo had 11 digs, with Sydney Waldman finishing with 19 assists.

West Henderson also posted a 2-0 win in junior varsity play.

Both Polk County teams were in action again on Thursday, hosting Brevard.
