Dear Mr. Myron Yoder and fellow commissioners,

It is with sincere thanks and heartfelt appreciation that I write this letter of acknowledgement to this esteemed board.

I would like to thank the administration, assistants and drivers of the Polk County Transportation Department for their outstanding service. They are both professional and personable to deal with, making interactions easy and enjoyable.

My brother has been battling stage three cancer and has been transported to the cancer center daily for the past several months. My wife also rides  to Isothermal Community College weekly, and has benefitted greatly from this outstanding service.

As a lifelong resident, retired teacher and administrator, I want to express thanks from me and my entire family to the department for caring so much and helping so many.
