The Landrum Police Department responded to five traffic and six criminal citations throughout the month of June. Of the five traffic citations, four were for speeding and one was for careless operation. The six criminal citations consisted of one assault and battery, one breach of trust, one petty larceny, one trespass after notice and two public disorderly conducts.

In the past month, there were a total of 16 criminal investigations, including an abuse of a vulnerable adult, check fraud, drug/narcotic violation, malicious damage to property, recovery of stolen property, shoplifting and suspicious fire. There were also two assault cases, two domestic violence cases, two hit and run with property damage cases, and three identity theft cases.

In addition, there were five accident reports and three funeral escorts.
