Polk County District Court Results – June 13

In Polk County District Court on Wednesday, June 13, 2018, with Judge Pete Knight presiding, 47 cases were heard. Some cases were continued, dismissed or sent to superior court.

The following persons were convicted of a crime:

Matthew Lee Goley was convicted of operating a vehicle with improper equipment. Goley was fined $40 and court costs.

Robert Lee Hyder was convicted of level five driving while impaired. Hyder was sentenced to one year unsupervised probation, 24 hours of community service, a $100 fine and court costs.

Ernest Lewis Jackson was convicted of level five driving while impaired. Jackson was sentenced to one year unsupervised probation, 24 hours of community service, a $100 fine and court costs.

Philip Lee McMahan Jr. was convicted of driving while license revoked-not impaired revocation and failure to appear on misdemeanor. McMahan was sentenced to seven days in jail with credit for time served.

Thomas Mosseller was convicted of possession of drug paraphernalia. Mosseller was sentenced to one year supervised probation and court costs.

Thomas Harley Mosseller was convicted of illegal parking. Mosseller was fined $5 and court costs.
