Tryon Fine Arts Center is offering the chance to explore the work of glass sculptor Dale Chihuly with an expert art historian.

On Tuesday, May 22, TFAC’s Arts in Education program is sponsoring a trip to Biltmore Estate in Asheville to tour the Chihuly exhibit. Admission includes round-trip transportation from Tryon Fine Arts Center, admission to the Biltmore Estate home and grounds, and a guided tour of the exhibit, led by an art historian.

The Chihuly exhibit represents the first art exhibition in Biltmore’s historic gardens, and the first garden exhibition of Dale Chihuly’s works in North Carolina. The American artist’s work is included in more than 200 museum collections worldwide.
