Polk County District Court results

In Polk County District Court on Wednesday, March 28, 2018, with Judge Emily G. Cowan presiding, 118 cases were heard. Some cases were continued, dismissed or sent to superior court.

The following persons were convicted of a crime:

Charles Austin Beheler was convicted of operating a vehicle with improper equipment. Beheler was fined $40 and court costs.

Gary Anthony Bentz was convicted of operating a vehicle with improper equipment. Bentz was to pay court costs.

Brittany Marie Bodine was convicted of operating a vehicle with improper equipment. Bodine was fined $40 and court costs.

Logan Scott Burko was convicted of speeding 74 mph in a 65 mph zone. Burko was fined $20 and court costs.

Kristopher B. Duncan was convicted of driving while license revoked-impaired revocation. Duncan was sentenced to one day in jail with credit for time served.

Dwayne Eigner was convicted of failure to notify DMV of address change. Eigner was fined $25 and court costs.

Alexis Grace Fletcher was convicted of operating a vehicle with improper equipment. Fletcher was fined $40 and court costs.

Karl Montgomery Luce was convicted of level five driving while impaired. Luce was sentenced to one year unsupervised probation, 24 hours of community service, a $100 fine and court costs.

Miguel Steve Rodriguez was convicted of resisting public officer and failure to appear on misdemeanor. Rodriguez was sentenced to 60 days in jail.

Tyler Allen Smith was convicted of failure to heed light or siren, speeding 85 mph in a 35 mph zone and improper pass too close left. Smith was sentenced to two years supervised probation, 24 hours of community service, a $200 fine and court costs.

Nicholas E. Voyadgis was convicted of operating a vehicle with improper equipment. Voyadgis was fined $40 and court costs.
