Longtime public servant recognized
Kathleen McMillian, former mayor of Columbus, was recently honored at the March meeting of the Isothermal Planning and Development Commission. She is the longest serving board of directors member, having served 36 years. Pictured is Saluda Mayor Fred Baisden reading a resolution that recognizes McMillian for her service.
